Together, with our dedicated team, we strive to make education accessible and meaningful for every learner.

Munawar Pasha, a visionary entrepreneur, holds a degree in IT Civil Engineering and has over 27 years of experience in the construction, education, and hospitality sectors. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1995 with the establishment of New India Motor Driving School, one of Bangalore’s most recognized driving schools, which continues to serve the community to this day.

In 2006, Munawar ventured into the real estate and construction industry by founding MS New India Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd. The company specializes in land development, residential plots, apartment buildings, and villa projects, earning a stellar reputation for quality, reliability, and trustworthiness in the industry.

Driven by a passion for education, Munawar established Oakwood Institutions in 2019 to provide high-quality, affordable education. His vision was to bridge the gap between privileged and underprivileged students by offering world-class education at an accessible cost. Today, Oakwood Institutions operate across three branches, impacting lives and inspiring future generations. His long-term ambition is to establish a university dedicated to the advancement of the Muslim community in India.

In 2023, Munawar expanded into the hospitality sector with Delight Hospitality, a brand that provides facility management services and operates hotels near Kempegowda International Airport in Bangalore. The company currently manages 100 rooms across three hotels, with a vision to establish luxury 5-star hotels across India.

Beyond business, Munawar Pasha is deeply committed to social welfare. He has adopted a Government Urdu Primary School in Kavalbysandra, RT Nagar, as part of his CSR initiatives, ensuring that students receive quality resources and facilities. Additionally, he serves as the President of Masjid-E-Toor in Kavalbysandra, contributing to the spiritual and social well-being of the community.

Through his unwavering dedication to education and community welfare, Munawar Pasha continues to create opportunities, empower individuals, and bring positive change to society.
